HOW I CAN HELP

I offer individual and couples therapy, both in-person and via telehealth. I also offer coaching for individuals navigating professional decisions and goals.

Over the years I’ve helped with a range of challenges, including:

  • Relationship and marital conflict

  • Parent/adult child conflict

  • Adult friendships

  • Modern dating

  • Life and career transitions

  • Workplace Communication

  • Financial stress

  • Career burnout

  • Overthinking

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

what you can expect

If you’ve never been to therapy before, you may have questions about what you’re walking into — and that’s completely normal. Media and pop culture can shape ideas about therapy that don’t exactly put the mind at ease. I also know that sharing your inner life with a new person, even a professional, demands a level of trust I don’t take lightly.

First off, therapy is a real relationship with a real person — a space where you’re free to pursue the healing, wholeness, and goals you have for your real life. From the beginning, the space I hold is collaborative and dynamic.

Some days you may need to share your story and know you’re heard. Other days you might need help making sense of what you’re feeling in the middle of life’s chaos. And sometimes you may want clarity around a big decision. Whatever’s on your mind, you can trust that I’m ready to listen.

Throughout the process, we’ll work together to identify the patterns you most want to change and build practical skills that support the growth you’re seeking.

Finally (and I can’t emphasize this enough), therapy is for you. You can expect an experience that meets you where you are, with kindness, compassion, and honesty.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I'm an engineer by education and an artist at heart. A Texas native calling Nashville home for nearly two decades, I spent years working in healthcare engineering and commercial construction. But throughout all those roles, I kept coming back to the same thing: My love of holding space for people and listening so that they would know the story of their life, with all the joy and pain it may contain, is worth telling. Eventually, that pull became impossible to ignore, and I made the shift to therapy.

Since then, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people as they pursue healing and growth—helping them move through life with greater clarity and confidence.

My years in the corporate world weren't a detour; they were essential preparation. That experience gave me invaluable insight into the pressures, demands, and complexities that so many people face when they're trying to thrive in the modern world. It shaped how I approach therapy in profound ways.

I genuinely love helping people find what truly affect meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
